The reason they got a 3 rating from me is that my phone was on the fritz for a while--apps were opening, it would type without me pressing buttons--but the problem seems to have been fixed by me turning the phone on and off again a few times. They did not mind at all and walked me through the process and going out of their way to make sure I got what I needed. They could have easily told me I needed to wait or come back or call the customer service line. However, you could tell they really valued finding a solution to my situation. I get half sentence answers on email that don't even start to answer the question I asked the representative. I usually can't get this rep on the phone, but when I do, he just seems like a jerk, and won't ever actually give me any information. Wondering if Fireside would be willing to fire Kim? That would be awesome, as he has been a hindrance to me actually purchasing the office furniture that I needed over a month ago. By the way, it still is not ordered.
