West Rivers came out and looked at my house. I wanted only the vest painters in Central Oregon since my problem was so unusual. I needed honest opinions on how to fix the house. I think West Rivers delivered that. Only West Rivers and one other company recommended replacing all the black trim since it was never painted properly and was now water damaged in spots. It is rare these days to see a hands on owner and he was by far the most efficient in communication throughout the project and far surpassed our expectations with both timing and quality! As with all the other reviewers, I can't say enough good things about West Rivers Painting. From the very beginning of the process when Jordan met with me to prepare an estimate, to answering follow up questions via email, to scheduling the job, to being on-site, they are a highly professional company. We got three bids from painting companies, all with 5-star Yelp ratings. While all representatives were pleasant and knowledgeable, I immediately knew I could work well with Jordan. He was so accommodating about a few, minor projects that needed to occur and didn't put up barriers like needing to hire outside contractors. His bid was in-line with the others, but actually a little lower. I had a few follow up questions that he replied to immediately. The hiring process was simpler and more straightforward than with the other two companies. Scheduling was so simple. He informed me a week ahead of time, and showed up when he said they would on the exact day and time. His time estimate to complete the work was accurate. And, of course, the quality of the paint job is perfect without one drop of paint on other surfaces or trampled plants. We get so many compliments on the house now - and it was all done with just two people - Jordan and Logan. But, if you are trying to decide on who to hire, a key reason I recommend Jordan and his crew is that they were truly a pleasure to have around our home. You will be interfacing with your painters for several days, so it's awesome when they are professional but engaging and fun to be around. Jordan and Logan were so courteous and respectful of our property, and just knew exactly what they were doing from start to finish. HIGHLY recommend this company.
