After speaking with them and verifying my insurance information, they sent me the same bill again for the full amount. My insurance company had no record of them submitting a bill. After that, I left several voicemails and an email to try to get this resolved, but they never called or emailed me back; they just sent another bill for the full amount. Their voicemail says they will call back by the end of the business day, but they do not unless you leave a message that you want to pay the bill with a credit card. It was a very frustrating experience. Four months later, it was finally resolved, but it took a trip to Ludington to insist on talking to billing in person.
