We were informed that our estimate would be ready the following day. We gave them exact measurements and discussed our order with multiple people. Our estimate took 5 days and each time we called to see if they had it, they were so rude and dismissive. We had to go to the yard and request an estimate in person. They then told us they would have the door completed and ready for pickup in 2 days. It wasn't ready for another week. When we finally picked it up, not only did they continue to be very unprofessional and rude but the door was not correctly cut. Customer service was the worst I've had from anyone here in Lubbock. We were very disappointed to say the least.

This place was a good location to find surplus/close out items at prices below retail. Not so much…read morenow though. Went looking for some items yesterday (bathroom sink faucets, toilet lids, and light fixtures), and found that most of what I wanted was barely below, or in some case at retail. (Verified by using Red Laser app). This included out of box items. Beware that this is no longer the "bargain" center it once was. Especially since I think there is no return on purchases.
