I used them to rent linen for my daughters birthday party. Though, the price was right for linen rental ($5.50 per linen), my gripe consists of several issues: 1. West warwick is far!! I live in Providence. Standard RI gripe for anywhere past 10 mins drive! 2. They do not have a credit card machine. They have an ATM that charges an arm and a leg in fees to get cash. I wish I had been told it was cash only. 3. I reserved them early and asked for linen for 10 ROUND tables and 3 SQUARE banquet tables. What I received was ALL square linen just different lengths. 4. When I called to say I had received the wrong ones. I was met with an attitude by Dave. " well, that's what we use so bring them back if don't want them. RI rentals have what you want for about $28 a linen, go there!" Oh, is that how we are doing business right now? I should have been informed and then I could have decided if that's what I wanted to do. I don't like surprises! My daughter's party was 4 hours away, I did not have choice but to keep them and make it work. I was not happy. Will think long and hard before I use them again. Most likely I won't. Definitely won't recommend.

We know have Holden/Spike Dudley…read more It all happened with looking for a kitten on FOHA's website. A cute kitten caught out eye. We reached out with questions all answered in great detail. We completed an application online and left a payment. One of our close friends was then contacted as a reference. Next thing I knew we had a home visit scheduled which turned into Spike's first night at our home and a member of our family. It was an easy process and we have a kitten that is very easy going and great with our kids (but not so great with our shower curtain but that's just catnanigans!) Note: The adoption fee cost covered chipping the cat and neutering through a local Providence shelter

Had to deal with a situation where we got a runaround on a cat that was being rescued from a sick…read moreowner. Took our deposit, they were careless about fully vetting the situation. Although we appreciate the notion these a volunteers trying to do the right thing but no common sense was used.
