The staff are very helpful and accommodating, but you should be aware of what they will accept beforehand to avoid disappointment!

I had some rims from my old car. They were custom rims and in all honesty I didn't want to acid…read morewash them or do any more prep to sell them but I didn't want to just throw them away. Well, after going down and doing some research (and speaking to someone) they explained the process of how to recycle the rims and it wound up being super easy. The first time you go you have to set up an account but I mean I went, got the scale receipt, went across the street, set up the account and walked away with some cold hard cash in hand. There's money to be made but you have to know what is valuable and you can wind up being surprised.

My son's car was totalled in an accident in New York, then towed across the border to Connecticut…read more It did not make sense to repair it, so I was looking for a business that paid for scrap and would also tow it to their location. Since the title was in my name and I'm in Ohio, my only real option was to call scrapyards in the area. Brookfield Resource Management was my second call and I am so happy that I made it. Max was incredibly helpful and made the whole process easy to understand and stress-free. He told me what documentation he needed, communicated regularly with me, and followed up when everything was completed. Brookfield picked up the car from the garage in CT, towed it back to NY, and paid 43% more than the first place I called (which didn't even do a pick-up). I can't tell you how relieved I was to find Max and Brookfield Resource Management. It was truly a pleasure to work with him and I highly recommend this business - and Max - to anyone looking for a solution to their wrecked car!
