Just a heads-up--double-check what you're buying and make sure the price reflects what it actually…read moreis. I purchased what looked like an older framed print with a signature for $40. The seller even mentioned it could be a "Monet" and implied it might be worth something. I wasn't buying it to resell--I simply loved it for my living room. But when I got home and cleaned the glass, I realized it was just a photocopy, not even a lithograph. So he basically could have just charged me for the frame $5. Rip off. I enjoy collecting unique pieces for my home, so I'm not upset about decorating with it. My concern is that some items seem to be priced or represented as though they're more valuable than they actually are. I also overheard another couple in the garage looking at some car-cleaning supplies. They picked up a small sponge that was marked at $3, and they commented that it seemed way overpriced. Personally, I thought it was something that should have been around 50 cents. I noticed the same pattern with a lot of the smaller knickknacks--items that I would normally expect to see priced at four for $1 or around $1.50 were marked at $3 to $5 each. On a positive note, I did mention my concerns to the seller, and he was receptive. He said he was willing to discuss prices, negotiate, and make corrections where appropriate, which I appreciated. So if you stop by, don't be afraid to ask about the price--it sounds like there's some flexibility.

Although we had a difficult time with our lender, Dustin and Don were always there to help us out whenever we had questions. They were also thoughtful about what we wanted in a house and even though it took us some time, we eventually found the house that suited us. We've been there for almost two months now and are extremely happy with the home. I would recommend them anytime when it comes to purchasing a home.

I was trying to request a tour to view a property from the very hour a rental was listed on zillow…read more I requested multiple times to schedule a tour with absolutely no response. After many calls and a week later, someone finally texted me only to let me know the property was rented. I asked why I was never contacted as I had continuously sent requests from the first day listed only to be told I had to apply to even be able to see the rental. Well a simple response to any of my multiple messages would have sufficed so I could have the chance to rent the property. It makes absolutely no sense. This really shows bad communication skills from a realtor. As someone in the industry it is not hard to communicate with potential clients. I was very excited to find this opportunity in the area I had been searching in for quite sometime and seemed like a perfect fit for me. Seeing the terrible reviews here really paints a picture. Guess its a blessing they didnt have the decency to contact me back.

She has been easy to get in touch with since the agreement signing process and even checks in every few months to see if everything is good. We had a fridge issue earlier in the year and the team was very responsive and helped us get it resolved quickly. Landscaping and pool care has been kept up with and it is a very clean well run complex.

From the very beginning, he was patient, knowledgeable, and understanding. He recognized my hesitation about hiring a management company and never made me feel pressured. Instead, he took the time to answer my questions thoroughly and helped me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. Kenya connected me with Dio, who turned out to be an excellent fit for both me and my property. Throughout the leasing process, Dio was incredibly professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. He provided thoughtful recommendations, communicated clearly, and helped guide me through each step. As a first-time experience working with a property management company, I learned far more than I expected. The experience gave me valuable insight into leasing, tenant screening, documentation, and overall property management. What stood out most was the team's responsiveness and willingness to answer every question I had. They listened to my concerns, respected my goals as a property owner, and worked collaboratively to find practical solutions. I always felt informed throughout the process. Another reason I chose Rincon was that the company felt personal rather than transactional. While I haven't yet had the opportunity to meet the owner, Peter, I appreciated learning about his background as a Fire Captain with the Ventura City Fire Department. As someone in the medical field, I value professionalism, service, and integrity, and I felt those values were reflected throughout my experience with the entire team. It's also inspiring to see someone successfully managing properties while serving the community. I truly enjoyed working with Kenya, Dio, and the Rincon Property Management team. They are professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely care about providing quality service. I would not hesitate to work with them again in the future and would absolutely recommend anyone considering property management to give them a call, ask questions, and see if they're the right fit for your needs. Thank you, Rincon Property Management, for making what could have been a stressful process such a positive learning experience. I hope to have the opportunity to work with you again.
