It's very funny, it's only $1, but this is not about money, it about honesty. I told him that the man said is $1, this was not my responsibility, check price tag, I was ask him friendly to confirm, but he got angry and threatened me by keep saying, "Take it or leave it." So I chose to leave. Very mean guy. As a businessman, this kind of behavior shows a lack of integrity. The lady is nice. But his guy has some attitude. After many calls and a week later, someone finally texted me only to let me know the property was rented. I asked why I was never contacted as I had continuously sent requests from the first day listed only to be told I had to apply to even be able to see the rental. Well a simple response to any of my multiple messages would have sufficed so I could have the chance to rent the property. It makes absolutely no sense. This really shows bad communication skills from a realtor. As someone in the industry it is not hard to communicate with potential clients. I was very excited to find this opportunity in the area I had been searching in for quite sometime and seemed like a perfect fit for me. Seeing the terrible reviews here really paints a picture. I called and they told me that if I pay off my wife's debt And show receipt that would satisfy requirement. They completely lied. The two collections were paid off in full and we have receipts yet they denied us the rental wasted our time, broke real estate law, and lied. I am drafting a complaint for the border real estate and taking them to small claims for wasting my time and taking my application fee. If you want a bunch of losers that lie and take your money and don't even answer the phone for weeks when you are ready to apply go with these guys. Pathetic business.
