When I met with Lou he was very pleasant but, was trying very hard to steer me towards getting a more expensive metal denture. I explained that my preference was to stay with my acrylic style because only my Wife has insurance and I would be out of pocket for any additional costs. He didn't seem happy to hear this. He also asked for me to see my dentist to fix a filling on one of my front teeth. I explained that I do not have the highest comfort level seeing any Dentist until COVID numbers come down. I am double vaxed but, do take care of an Elderly Cancer Survivor with a compromised immune system. He said that he didn't feel comfortable providing a denture while my teeth's integrity is in question. If seeing a Dentist is a prerequisite to getting a denture (I saw mine in 2019 before the lockdown), I would suggest that you provide that information up front. I would not recommend.

I had a root canal done, and my wife had fillings on seven of her teeth. We both still experience significant pain--I'm unable to eat on my right side where I had the root canal, and my wife can't eat properly on the side where she had the fillings. We were treated by the female dentist, and based on our experience, I absolutely do not recommend her. We feel like we wasted our money and time, and we left with more pain than before. You go to a dentist expecting relief and proper care, not to deal with ongoing issues. I can't speak for the male dentist, but I'd advise avoiding this place if you're considering getting work done.

Altima is a private company that can set its own policies and the fact that it is not mandating vaccines is irresponsible and unacceptable.
