It needed new flooring, painting, lighting and the kitchen and bathrooms were a complete gut job. I interviewed four contractors. Not only was Vartan the lowest bidder, unlike the others his bid also included materials. I saved thousands of dollars and the hassle of shopping for all the materials. He set up a very fair payment schedule that didn't require me to put up half before he started. I live in a planned community and had a very tight timeline for completion in addition to requirements from the HOA. Hearing so many horror stories about unscrupulous contractors I had concerns about everything being completed on time. Vartan is the most reliable contractor I've ever met. He delivered everything he promised and more. He was a pleasure to work with. His work crews were always on time and left the work space clean each day. Vartan went above and beyond to make sure my style was reflected in the renovations. I appreciated his suggestions. In many cases his selections looked better and cost less than what I had picked. He even did a few extra things he knew I would like. He didn't try to gouge me to make extra money. What he quoted was what I paid except for extras I requested after work began.
