I have been through several remodels over my lifetime, never have i had a better experience with the demolition process than I have had with BC Hauling. First BC was recommended to me by a good friend, so that's a plus. Upon first speaking with Bill the owner, you are immediately appreciative of his clarity , honesty and experience. This is a company that means what they say and says what they do. The project was completed on time, with a solid crew that left our site just as clean as they received it. Bill and his foreman were both very professional , but most importantly were problem solvers during the process. Didn't point fingers and stayed on schedule!!!! Hopefully this is my last demo, but it it isn't I would work with BC in a heartbeat. You wont be disappointed. Bill's crew arrived right on time and got right to it. If you are nervous or have anxiety - don't watch! These guys know what their doing, so don't worry. They tore down my wood rotted, termite infested, patio cover, and also moved my AC unit from that cover to the ground. Took care of the details and cleaned up when they left. Started just before 8am and were done by 1:30pm. Very impressed and I would highly recommend them. What a PRO! It's pretty rare that you get to see someone who really, really knows their job like these people. This is a well-run company where you deal with the owner himself, and he really does care about the job and doing it right. Bill was awesome!! I had no idea how difficult or expensive it can be to get rid of dirt until I had to clear out some very overfilled planters. I received 4 quotes after the first one came back at $7,000. I won't share Bill's number, but I will say it was a small fraction of $7,000! We are talking about a ton of dirt (appx 40 pickup trucks worth), so the second problem was finding someone that would dig the dirt out and haul it away. Everyone complained about the digging, roots, disposal, heat, etc.. The Bill experience: -showed up on time(very nice soccer Dad kinda guy). -very fair price. He shared his costs and desired profit with me. Gave me a set cost or hourly option to choose from. -they snuck me in the very next day. -Bill and his boys speak to you as if they are thankful for the work. -extra requests were met with "no problem". -the yard was left spotless. -all of the boys thanked me for the work. Bill and his crew tackled the job with a smile on their faces. Rarely do I bother posting yelp reviews but this experience had to be noted. Outstanding experience. They cleared out my mom's house and she was a hoarder for years. First, they gave me an estimate that had a firm cap which nobody else would do. They said it could cost up to XXX dollars but not above. Nobody else would do that. Next, they came in a few hundred dollars UNDER their estimate.
