No transparent price. This clinic dwindles you into getting all the services your pet "needs"…read more Doesn't tell you the price, then charges you at the end after the deeds been done. Ended up going to a much nicer, professional clinic that has an annually membership fee. But hey, that was upfront and transparent And they have a nice coffee machine.

Incredibly disappointed in Cachet Village Animal Hospital as a client for 10+ years. This week, my…read morefamily and I tried to place an order for Hill's Metabolic Feline food for our 18 year old cat, something we have been purchasing from this vet clinic every month for 10+ years. However, this time Dr. Eve Cheung refused to let my family purchase the food. She arbitrarily decided that because my cat hasn't been seen for a checkup in recent years he can no longer be prescribed this food. As a result, my cat will no longer have access to the food that keeps him healthy. Not only was Dr. Cheung uncompassionate, she was unreasonable and unprofessional. First, we were given no warning or notice that our cat would be cut off from his food if he was not seen for a checkup. Second, she gave no other feasible alternatives. She expected us to either bring in our cat for a checkup or be seen by the mobile vet. Normally, this would be reasonable, but during the deadliest PANDEMIC of the past century? She either lacks compassion or common sense, or both. Finally, she was not willing to find a compromise. She was not willing to allow my cat to at least have some of his food to tie him over to a time where it would be more reasonable to have a checkup--she blatantly cut him off and offered no alternative (When we asked her, she was not able to tell us any other cat food we could buy). In summary, Dr. Cheung and Cachet Village Animal Hospital prioritize profits over the health and well-being of pets. Simply put, she was willing to cut off my 18 year old cat from his prescription food at the height of the pandemic. Sure, small businesses everywhere are hurting right now, but that is never an excuse to lower your professional standards, coerce your clients into booking appointments, and harm our pets in the process.
