Then one month later my car has a blown head gasket. I have to purchase a new car- again, in bankruptcy this is a whole process and you're obviously not treated like a normal borrower. In the state of Missouri it is supposed to take approximately 21 days to have a Motion to Obtain debt approved by a judge. Next week will be 90 days & I'm out here taking Ubers to work. There's a huge lack of communication from this office. When they want their money they couldn't care less about your personal hardships and you must pay NOW but when you need something they expect you to be patient and understanding....people quit, somebody is working 12 hour days, somebody has medical issues etc. I thought I paid them to work for me??
