We have dropped it off 3 times being told this same claim by Ian's son. I swung by there today and still my husband's vehicle hasn't been touched. I was waiting for his vehicle to be repaired so that I could have them change my alternator. Needless to say I will not be taking my car to them. I'm assuming most of the good reviews they get are from people who know them and are getting to have their vehicle put ahead of others, like ours, since I have literally watched them put a police officers wife's car ahead of everyone else's repair. The only some what apology or recognition that we are being done wrong was that the son claimed his father keeps sending him other vehicles..... My husband has been waiting yet his Dad is sending him other vehicles to be put in front of his repairs? Absolutely unacceptable.

Finally, the next day, I got someone named Alex who made up some totally fabricated conversation with me from previous day. Absolutely crazy, shocking: I honestly never spoke to this guy, and I do have a witness who was with me entire day!!! I had another tow truck remove my car from Barnett's. There is something seriously not right going on there...just beware!!!!
