She was also rude and condescending to other customers while I was in the store. I told the lady on the phone I wouldn't speak with her and if thats what they want to do then a lawyer would get involved. Not 5 min later the rude manager called and left a very condesending message for me. I informed the person who was going to do the work that I'd like for him to blow off my air filter and that is a requirement for me to business at any oil change place. He nice enough refused saying that they could damage it with their air hose and that they would be responsible for getting me another if that occurred. Ok, no problem I told the service guy.
