They stuck to their quoted price, even though they were at our place a day or two longer than I think they anticipated. They had a tendency to start later in the day than I would have thought, around 9 or 10, so that could explain why it took longer. We have a lot of gutter on our house and wanted continuous black k-style. That's what we got, so no complaints there, however, the crimping on the ends of the gutters doesn't look very good as compared to our previous gutters and the seams at the corners don't look like other k-style gutters we've seen. It's as if they left one piece of the metal long to fold over the corner and screwed it into the other piece. Most others we've seen have an extra piece of metal seam sealed over the corners. The other issue I had is that even now, a month or so after the work was done, I am still finding little shards of metal around our house. We have dog so that's not ideal, not to mention if someone was walking around barefoot. Better clean up would be appreciated.

A very helpful man who helped me pointed out that it was made of concrete, not metal,however, he took the time to find a thin rod on site and showed me what I could do to repair it myself for free! I would have never figured that out. I thank him for his kindness, courtesy, and excellent customer service when his company had nothing to benefit from it (because I didn't utilize their welding services).. He didn't just wave me off. Took in a motorcycle ramp I put on the front hitch of my Class C RV. The weight capacity of the…read moreBlack Widow Ramp is 600lbs. My motorcycle weighs 504lbs dry. With the motorcycle on it, very solid from side to side but has a forward to back sway of about 2 inch. Blasting down the highway or in stop and go traffic looking out the RV windshield is a little unnerving. Talked to Dave and he told me he could stiffen it up and eliminate the sway. I came back with the ramp and he called in Engineer Larry and we removed it from my car. He flipped it over and he immediately saw the design flaw. Days later I went in to get it and saw that he added bracing to fix the problem without adding a ton of weight. The welds look good and I am very happy with the results and the reasonable price. I am glad I went to Mercury Metal rather then the other places that I called.
