I went to obtain acupuncture treatment and the Doctor did XRAY of my neck and decided he could work on my neck to restore the curvature in my spine and likely reduce the tingling. i have had success with other Chiropractors in the past and this is first time things have worsened. This Doctor was very happy to take my money including $35 charge out of my pocket every visit for a 2 minute time on an electric massage table. What a ripoff!!

I wish there was away to put a "zero" star…read more In September, I went to Oliver Chiropractor for help with back and hip issues.  Dr. Oliver barely did any type of exam.  He proceeded to adjust me, which was a simple push on my back, and never even addressed/adjusted my hips which was the biggest issue that I was experiencing.  I have experience with Chiropractic care and this was off.  I assumed he was trying to be gentle with me for the first few visits.  He told me that acupuncture would help with my treatment.  I paid for an unlimited amount of acupuncture sessions for one month.  At the beginning of my  4th "adjustment", I expressed that my condition was getting worse. When I told this to Dr. Oliver I was dismissed and pushed to proceed to the acupuncture table. After I left that day, I had a hard time even walking without extreme pain.  I emailed Dr. Oliver on the next business day and expressed my problem.  He never personally responded and spoke with me about my condition and it took 5 days for the office to return my email.  I requested a refund for the acupuncture.  This dialogue began in the middle of September and I still haven't gotten the refund or resolution as of today.  The office doesn't respond to emails or phone calls. I still haven't heard anything from Dr. Oliver - so much for patient care. I have never experienced a lack of care from a doctor before.  I also have never experienced such terrible customer service.  It has been extremely stressful and disappointing.
