An apology for the mix up could have gone a long way, but basically "with a shrug of her shoulder" Informed that when someone becomes available, she would check to see if another appointment window could be made, still implying that this was fault of mine. Very unprofessional with other clients in lobby waiting and witnessing. I did believe that business has been handled in the past with professionalism, but unfortunately not today. As I walked out the door, she is offering to schedule another appointment for different day. Why would I want to attempt another appointment with the way I was treated today?
