Getting emails they did a home inspection. The quote they did send was not even close to what my home is. I called cancelling a quote. I have called and requested if they did indeed start a policy that they needed to cancel immediately and I am still getting emails from them about a policy that I do not have. They have not returned a single call. Next step is to file a complaint with the Texas Department of Insurance and the Office of the Attorney General.

She has been working with us for a few weeks and got us pre approved through the State Farm Bank for our Park Model RV -Tiny Home. The bank knew the model and knew the info about the tiny home and pre approved us. I got a call yesterday from Ruhama stating the bank went back on their word and are now saying they won't approve that model after they already said they would. Because they went back on their word and left us back at square one we are removing all of our other services with them and will not recommend them to anyone. Please if you are considering using this State Farm Bank for a loan of any kind don't! Or be careful because the same could happen to you.
