But I stopped in recently after being next door at UPS, and I was shocked at the improvements under the new owner. The layout was open and clean, no smell anymore, there was a variety of products for all kinds of animals, and a nice fish department. The employees were very friendly and the woman I spoke with was funny and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back here to shop again. It's nice to have such a welcoming pet store in Hamilton. The pink cockatoo is a bonus.

After being treated extremely poorly by the vet tech, the clinic did nothing but defend their employee. Talk about the worst in customer service and a complete lack of empathy towards our 16 year old senior dog. This clinic charges premium pricing, but provides substandard customer service.

The staff was very nice but Dr Maddie got mad at us because we couldn't feed Teddy's meals 12 hrs apart. We have another dog and she couldn't go 12 hrs so we couldn't string Teddy out that far either. Dr Maddie dismissed us from her practice because of that. She never showed true compassion for him. She told us to go to Skalkaho and I told her it was too far so she recommended Burnt Fork in Stevi. Thank God. They are so kind, compassionate and caring. When I brought a Teddy in for the last time several girls ran out to my car to help me bring him inside. I don't know what I would've done without them.
