The least professional cleaning company that I have ever hired. The owner Ashley has no clue how to run and maintain a professional work crew. I hired her to do a deep cleaning of a portion of my home. The worst "deep cleaning" I have ever seen. She continued to argue with me repeatedly when I requested that they return to finish the job. I wanted to love these guys, they have an online interface for appointment scheduling and payment (major pro!), the owner is fantastic, the cleaners near instantly won the approval of our dog, but the actual cleaning done by the employees is poor quality. The first time they were here, they knocked over my dog's water dish and left it. Like all the water that was inside soaking into our carpet (so about a quart and a half of water), and that was during a deep cleaning. They don't include cleaning the shower in the maintenance cleaning, which is insane because it's one of the things that absolutely requires maintenance cleaning. And if I'm mistaken about this, it means that the employees just skip it every time and I don't know if that's better or worse. I'm disappointed after every visit, every time finding things that were skipped, ignored, or half done. They also don't wear masks inside your home, which is appalling in a time like this, and a massive concern when you have someone with a respiratory condition in your household. Wanted to love this company, they have a good foundation in place, but the core service quality is just not there at all. Hopefully something that can be rectified in the future, and if so, we'll start bringing them in again but for now we've terminated our services. read more

The worst cleaning service I ever have used. Not honest , could not keep the same staff enough to get them to clean consistently, and then gave a huge run around after they broke something. Then to top it all off they "fired me" as their client because I held them accountable. Was too much for them to bring my key back as well. Got sent through the post office. Westfall cleaning came highly recommended through a lot of people when we first moved here, so I was happy to try. Ms. Westfall came for a quote and seemed very professional. The first time they cleaned they did a good job, then the next month was ok, then this last month I was incredibly unhappy. They had a team of 4 girls in the house and when I got home, the countertops were not cleaned. Nothing was even moved to clean them. The sink wasn't touched and the shower shelves were not wiped down not to mention other surfaces throughout the house that weren't cleaned. The attention to detail was not there either. Usually the cleaners I've had in the past tidied up the areas and made things look nice. They just left as fast as they came. When I emailed to cancel my service and included pictures, there was no apology and barely any communication about any of it. They just charged my card and gave me a 15% discount with no explanation. You may have better luck than I did, but I am looking for a more professional service that takes pride in their work and communicates better. read more

This was the most disappointing experience I've ever had with a cleaning service. Not only did they not do the job I had already paid for. The lack of professionalism was appalling. After the 3rd time cleaning and there was still dust and dirt they had text me requesting to do a walk through. I text back saying I would be there. They never showed up. No answered the phone or returned my call. This also happened on the 2nd redo. I had an appt for the walk thru and she didnt show. I dont understand how they are still in business read more

Bottom line: the cleaning speaks for itself, and this company is a pleasure to work with. When I opened the door to my house I couldn't believe how clean it smelled (without the use of chemicals!). What really made the cleaning special were the little touches: draping the throw blankets across the back of the couch; folding the dish towel hanging from the dishwasher; re-making the sloppily made guest and master beds; eradicating dust and grime from places we didn't even notice - until it was gone. They even found a long lost hair clip from under our couch, so you KNOW they were thorough! Every room, every surface, spotless. I can't wait for our regular monthly recurrences! In addition to the stellar cleaning job they did, the Westfalls maintained excellent communication and professionalism with us throughout the process of getting to know and working with them. They use secured electronic payment methods - no more remembering (or forgetting!) to write a check. When Ashley came to do our initial walk through and quote, she brought her physical business licence, a copy of the company's bond, workers comp policy, and certificate. It's one thing to claim "licenced, bonded, and insured," but having her pull out the actual documents added to our confidence in this family-owned and operated business' ability to meet our needs. I'd give it 0 stars if I could Not only is it false advertising as far as what they use to clean your home but the owner and the employees are very rude. The owner herself comes across when you first meet her as highly professional and well versed on what she's trying to sell you when in reality it's a big scam. They do the bare minimum to get a big chunk of money out of you and never do the job the way they say they will. It's very obvious the owner has learned a thing or two on screwing people over and I'm very disgusted it continues. And when you confront her about it she will blame others for the fault of her own. If you're going to own a business at least own up to your own mistakes it's how we learn anyways right!? read more

***update-it has been 2 weeks since my services were canceled without notice or reason--I still have not received my key back and my phone calls and emails regarding it have gone unanswered or returned. They may be great to the people who are satisfied with their service but for those who are not they treat very unprofessionally, I would not recommend this company at all. I really wish I knew how to upload the photos of the lazy quality of cleaning they did. I guess I will be contacting law enforcement to get my house key returned. ***** ***update #2- after 2 weeks of unreturned messages Ashley finally responded to my last message, this however was only due to the fact that I stated if my property wasn't returned I'd be contacting law enforcement *** I'm honestly not one to leave negative reviews but if I could give this company zero stars I would. I mainly went with this company due to its amazing reviews which now I question the validity of them. The owner came for the appraisal and he was very nice and professional but that's where it ended, we had about 5 cleanings from them total and the quality of cleaning for each was subpar to just sloppy. Dust was left where it was still visible, items were never moved for cleaning, carpets were still dirty after vacuuming, at times they'd skip a room altogether, fingerprints still left on glass, trash not emptied, for making beds the bedding was just thrown in top of the bed not tucked in or anything, nothing ever looked or even smelled clean after they left. When attempting to get them to correct the complaints they would take 2 weeks to even come back out and reclean the problem areas and even then Ashley and the house cleaner that had come with her acted as if they did not even care that we were dissatisfied and why it took 2 weeks for them to come out and reclean the problem areas. For our last cleaning we never even got a bill, I emailed the company and never received a response from the office manager who was always quite snotty when we had a complaint,but never got any response . Then today I get an email saying they will no longer offer us service with no explanation (I tried emailing and calling again with no response) and will be mailing our key, this is fine due to us looking to replace them anyway but they are just a very unprofessional and sloppy cleaning service. We did not ask for anything over the top, just to have done what we were paying for and for our house to be actually clean which consisted only of basic cleaning duties(no major deep cleaning needed) , not just some half-assed wipe down I could've done myself for free. Each time I tried expressing dissatisfied service to the office manager she would tell me that it's not an area they specialize in(such as the bed making) but it was something that the owner told me they did without any problems so their may be a communication break down somewhere. Obviously if you read everyone else's reviews they are said to be great, this however just was not our experience with them and I was extremely disappointed. Hired these guys after going through a couple different cleaning folks with sub par results. These guys do a WONDERFUL job! Nathan the owner was quick to come out and give us a quote and was able to squeeze us in two days later. They were short staffed the day of our cleaning but Nathan again came through and cleaned himself and even stayed late to get it done! If you are looking for a good and trustworthy company to clean your home look no further. read more

I reported Westfall Cleaning to the Better Business Bureau. BB reached out to Westfall Cleaning but Ashley the owner never responded. Because Ashley never returned my house key I am out of over $300 dollars because of having to have my locks re- keyed. Hire this company at your risk, but you better make sure not to give them a key to your home because if you cancel your cleaning services you probably won't get your house key returned . read more

"Who cleans your home?" Hopefully not these guys... I am here to give this "business" a 1 star review only because I can't give it 0 stars. This is kind of a 3rd party review as well. Ashley Westfall has incredibly poor managerial skills and even poorer communication skills with her employees. It seems she has a business that is struggling to stay afloat and therefore, she does not pay her employees. She claims she only pays those who "work". Speaking from experience as having been a manager in customer service for many years, this is not how one runs a business...maybe into the ground. If you have employees on a payroll and you send them to do a job and they complete said job, you pay them. Bottom line. Their pay is NOT to be based on performance. Especially when that was not previously stated in the interview or hiring process. Not to mention, their performance at job sites was always MORE than adequate. Once it was brought to her attention that she had not been paying certain employees, she fired them. Leaving them and their struggling families high and dry. Once confronted about this poor workmanship, her words to them were "...take me to court..." While this company may do a good job cleaning your home or your business, they do not do a good job of taking care of their employees. I always recommend going with small businesses over big ones, just not in this case. Do not do business with a company that treats their employees with complete and utter disrespect. I just had a home cleaning done by these people. They are very hard working and meticulous. I had a cleaner last year who was horrible and did next to nothing. This company was a pleasant surprise! I intend to book them in the future and would definitely recommend them. Very good work. read more

Ok, folks, I usually lick my wounds and let it go. But, I really have to share this as I am amazed. After I wrote of my experience with Westfall Cleaning service, I received a communication from Ashley telling me...not asking... to take the review down as I was causing her a loss of customers. She admitted she left me high and dry....but, it is all because of that cheating husband thing...dear lord, most of us have that T-shirt! No apology, no offer to refund my money, just me, me, me and how I was taking food out of her childrens' mouths. No matter that I was delayed weeks getting my house on the market or that I had to pay another cleaning service to do the job she did not....just amazing. So, Ashley, do yourself a favor...google the word fraud. Yes, that is what you committed. The more I think about it, the more I think I might just file charges against you for fraud and damages. So, it might be wise to get a check in the mail ... I left a fowarding address with the post office, with a refund in full to sooth my spirits.
