Rusty Caldwell would shorten him on his commission.( He was supposed to work 8 to 5 on the clock, And then any time after that or on the weekend was supposed to be 20% commission on how much the job was). My husband also showed up to work every single day on time and would never call off unless it was an emergency or if he was sick. Days that my husband was supposed to have off Rusty Caldwell would get mad and throw one hell of a fit Whenever he called my husband asking him to go on a call and my husband brought up that this is supposed to be his day off or weekend off.( My husband would bring up that he hadn't been able to spend time with his family or go out and do anything that he really wanted to do because he had to stick around just incase if Rusty got a call. That He's been on call and hasn't had A-day off in weeks.) Then, when it came to paid vacation time, Rusty Caldwell would complain saying that he would lose more money with him taking his vacation time. Rusty would suggest just paying him those week's vacation time instead of my husband actually having them off. ( Which had happened; and 1 year didnt even get paid his vacation time)There was other stuff that had happened, but long story short. Whenever my husband decided that it was time to leave because Rusty Caldwell had told him that he was going to do away with his commission. My husband told him that if he did that, he would be leaving. That enough was enough with how he was treated there. So he left. Whenever it came to filing taxes, Rusty Caldwell And his wife Kari caldwell failed to report my husband's income to the IRS, Failure to file tax return, Failure to report His employment & tax reductions to the IRS. Also no copy of W2 on there end was sent to the IRS. My husband also received his W2's late for 2021 and 2022. And my husband Wasn't the only person that they did that too.Other employees complained that it happened to them and struggled with getting their taxes. It's 2023 and we still have not received our taxes from 2021.So I would stay clear of Gary's towing. I would not recommend them to anyone.
