This is a hit or miss. The attendants there are so miserable acting and unfriendly, which is why I have been in 2 years. The machines are nice and the prices aren't bad. However only some of them take credit cards so be prepared with cash. The machines I used need to have the soap dispensers cleaned from black grime. Brought my clothes here and they were "lost" /stolen. Horrible customer service. Kept giving me the run around and claiming dry cleaning delivered them to the wrong place and that I would get a call back. Never did. Do no use this place. In addition, the receptionist is very rude. read more

Pretty clean facility but very expensive and unwelcoming by the Scottish laundry attendant. This woman is extremely rude and racist. In addition to the unfortunate staff, there were at least 10 dryers reserved only for staff use, which a very small amount for customer use. I do not recommend at all. read more

A couple years ago I brought my king size winter comforter there to have them wash it because I needed a huge washing machine. They wrapped it, and I put it away till I needed it for next winter. When I opened it 6 months later it was COVERED IN MOLD. Apparently it was STILL DAMP when they wrapped it in cellophane! They offered to wash it again, LOL! As if that would remove the mold that was also - no doubt - deep inside the thick comforter!? A $300 comforter destroyed. I threatened to tell my 1000 Facebook friends and they didn't care. This is the second time I have been here I love the prices, jumbo washers, and it's half the time you would spend at home. It was my moms first time and NALA was PHENOMENAL she walked her through everything step by step with patience , she greeted us as soon as we walked in, she was extremely friendly and professional, very attentive, was making sure the whole place was clean and tidy . Went there this past Sunday with my fiancé (an Asian-American) and experienced racism dealing with a paranoid worker. When we entered there were 2 people in there an African-American worker and a white customer. The white woman wasn't wearing a mask at all and the other was wearing it as a chin strap. When we entered suddenly the mask rule (which has been rescinded by the governor for vaccinated individuals) suddenly became required. I understand it is the option of the business owners if they still want a mask rule in place but the obvious ignorance and racial tone was present. Then when I brought the fact that one was wearing her mask incorrectly, the white woman was like did you just come back to argue. I was like No if your going to enforce a rule follow it as well. $83 for one bag of laundry bc they're charging me as if I sent over a comforter for both a baby blanket and a thin fleece blanket. I have also been quoted one price in the past and then charged another. I thought the $53 a week I had been paying for laundry for one person and a baby was outrageous and I meant to give them a call sooner to understand if there was a mistake. This $83 dollar charge certainly lit a fire under me and the person who answered the phone said she'd talk to the supervisor and call me back... Frankly, if I had time to negotiate every week, I wouldn't be sending the laundry out. I'll be adding a photo of the size of the $83 load of laundry once I have it. read more

I hope you fired that Karen employee from 2017. Her picture is down below! Used to love doing our laundry here before we moved away to live in California. There was an incident that happened to us while we were living here back in 2018. Me and my mother came here to do our laundry one night, it was just 2 or 3 hours before closing time. While me and my mother were chatting, talking about our dreams and talking about visiting our grandparents in Philippines and doing laundry the employee here started gossiping about my mother on her phone with someone she knows. It might have been a husband or a friend. Then she started being mean and yelling at my mother for no reason cause my mother asked her why she was saying bad stuff about us. I ignored despite being angry about what she was doing but my mother was asking her why she was talking bad about us to whoever she was chatting on her phone. I took video of the incident and posted online to ask help from the community on facebook about this but instead of receiving help, I received backlash. i shouldn't have been shocked though since our neighbors harassed us too. I'm half white (italian) and asian but look hispanic. I was born and raised in America so that makes me American! I don't know why this employee was talking smack about us but I felt racially targeted/ discriminated against. I lived in Westfield for a long time and have had some events where we were verbally harassed by a middle aged man on our front yard while we were having a garage sale in front of customers. Another incident where a neighbor that lived next to us would report our house having various problems (and the cops knew this person made these calls on purpose to drive out tenants and said to ignore her.) The neighbor became friends with our grandparents from Philippines when they came here and when my mother still treated her nicely after talking shit about us and gave boxtops we had to her child, that lady finally shut her mouth. We were raised to treat elders with respect no matter how much of an asshole they are. But this incident at the laundromat i will never forget because when we needed the community most, we received backlash. I'm really hoping that the worker I'm talking about from back then was fired because during these times, during this pandemic people are being killed for their race or discriminated because they're not the same. If you want us to pack and go back to where our parents or grandparents came from we gladly will, but so should all of you. Did you forget your ancestors came from a different country too? Europeans came here and colonized the people who already owned this land so you guys don't own it either. Honestly, wake up people! This is not the old times. I hope 2020 brings a change to everyone who is racist and those who discriminate against those who look different than them. Asians are not a virus, Hispanics are not illegal, Black people are not threats, muslims are not terrorists, and native americans are not savages. I honestly hope ya'll fired that lady from back then cause she was not nice to us customers. Just starting coming here and initially was very impressed. However, over the past several months I have noticed several things that I am not thrilled about. First of all, there is a sign stating that masks must be worn. I am happy about that, but some of the employees are wearing them BELOW their nose and on several occasions I see customers without any. Twice I had to go up to one of the attendants to tell them because I did not feel it was my place. Secondly, I know people have dogs and clean clothing here, but if the customer does not clean up after themselves, then I feel someone working here should. I always wipe the machines down before I use them, but was very disgusted by the vast amount of dog hair in two machines, and I did tell the attendant. Eventually she came over to look and rather than disinfecting she simply ran a wash cycle, I hope the hairs along the black rim came off!! Yuck! I did ask how frequently they wash the machines and clean them. The answer puzzled me....only once a day! This facility has a lot of patrons and in other laundromats I always saw people cleaning machines between clients. One washing machine has been "out of service" for months now and finally they removed the door. The dryers are very rusted but they do dry very well. the convenience of this facility is great, but please encourage the wearing of masks with so many people from all over coming here. They also need to have paper towels by their wash sink. They had soap last week, which was like water. Looked to me like someone just put water in to fill container that did have soap. Not loving this place anymore and probably will go elsewhere in the area. I think the owner has to monitor the facility better. The prices are not cheap, and I do not mind if everything works. read more

Nice, clean place but hours are inconsistent and unreliable. The door says 7 am but some days they don't open till past 8 and once almost 9 am. I left, got my oil changed next door and they were still closed. I write this sitting in their parking lot about to drive away. It's 8:20 am and they're closed. read more
