I was still charged a delivery charge! I called the florist and they were rude and not customer focused. I would not recommend this business for quality flowers or customer service. We have never been to Lexington Nebraska so we have no idea of what is around the area as far as flower shops go. Unfortunately, we had a loss in the family and needed to order a flower arrangement for the funeral. We came across Plum Creek Market for flower arrangements. I called and we spoke to an employee by the name of Crystal. She understood what we were looking for, she was so kind to let us send her pictures of the flower arrangement we had in mind and she created it almost exactly as the picture we had text her. In addition to my review, I also want to mention that the funeral service was three days apart from the ordering date and Crystal mention that she was going out on vacation so she made sure she created the arrangement and had it sent to the funeral home before she went out on holiday. Crystal made sure we were well taken care of and even sent pictures back of the arrangement once it was complete to make sure we were happy with the final product. She made this unfortunate transaction smooth to where it felt like we were shopping from a store a cross the street from us. Thank you so much Crystal for taking good care of our family in this sentimental time of need. Godbless
