The mall itself is largely unchanged outside and in with the exception of closed stores. Upon entry at foodcourt you can look up the second floor and see the theatre no longer operates. There was one visible closed off entry inside to detached store I think was sporting goods before but no others. There is Belk, Dillards, JC Penny's and distinctly remember a dedicated Pandora store. In the old Sears building is now Rural King, farm equipment. There is a Costco not part of the mall but built very near behind. I wasn't sure what to expect walking inside, but to my pleasant surprise it seems to be a surviving mall for now. Come to this location for some centralized shopping and keep our malls going.

This was a nice walk and shop as it was a little too cold out to do an outdoor outlet mall. Indoors, walking through Dillard's and others was pleasant though the prices are definitely not low. We used the Dillard's entrance as it's always nice to set your expectations high when you enter a shopping mall. Once past that wallet drain, the mall is in good shape and well lit. One lady even walked me to two different locations for items on a wedding registry. Using the Target Registry App to shop for my niece's wedding was not the best experience. The app/website needs a major overhaul. If your phone locks, you have to start your search for the registry from the beginning and it doesn't even save your searches, so you have to retype the names every time then search through the registry for the item(s) you wanted- very frustrating!!!! Then to add to the frustration, the registry listed a special sale offering 20% off with the special code for the "in store only" items I wanted. A nice young sales girl didn't know how to apply the offer, so she called for a supervisor. Oh bless her and me for not causing a big scene. The supervisor had no idea how to use the app, website, or much less how to handle the special offer! She spoke to me in a very demeaning & condescending tone saying, "oh you'll have to go to customer service." - while she shuffled things around and tried to read my phone screen and had me click on things. I would have gladly gone to customer service if she'd stopped telling me she couldn't do it and stopped sounding like it was my fault she didn't know about an offer her employer offered. At least she was the only unpleasant employee I dealt with there,but it's sad that she's in a supervisory position.

Glad I don't live here and my Target is better. I passed several employees while shopping. One cashier was closing but there was no sign up so I got out of line thinking they just hadn't turned on their light. Ridiculous. I was in line for 30 mins. They apologized and said they'd issue a refund- well 2 weeks later and NO refund, NO ITEMS, and no decent customer service just overseas call center that informed me that online items are often 3rd party items so difficult to get refund!!! What?!?!? I didn't order from a 3rd party!!! STAY AWAY FROM KOHLS ONLINE!!!

They didn't reflect the percentages off on the isle displays. She and a nice sells lady went back into the store to make a pricing confirmation. It's absolutely loaded with interesting shopping options and a couple of really good places to eat. Unfortunately, the parking lot traffic is an extreme nightmare! I personally saw two near missed accidents during my twenty minutes at this location. Getting in the parking lot here is a piece of cake. Navigating the parking lot and making a safe exit is a different story!

I was so pleased that I bought six bottles! Priced at only one dollar each! This store had a lot of it! My hometown Big Lots hasn't had any in a long time! The girl helping me was awesome and I remember at checkout she helped me find my coupon to get a discount! This store feels very new, its clean and well lit. There's lots of useful merchandise that goes with the seasons, then when seasons change there's big discounts. There's also jewelry, pet products, snacks, furniture, makeup, home furnishings, and more. Beware you can spend a long time here.
