Called Freedom Taxi, and Michael said that he could be there in 10 minutes. Told him that I had a small dog, but he was in a fully enclosed carrier. No problem. Uber and Lyft both charge extra for pets. Michael showed up and helped load everything. Very pleasant man, and when we got to the house, he very kindly lugged my heavy suitcase and backpack up the steps, He even called my dog, who was finally free of the carrier and running ecstatically! Michael gave me his card and said that I could call him from Calverton in future, and he'll be in WHB to get me. How very nice! While I do hope that my brother can pick me up next time, or maybe I'll leave my car at the station, it's very nice to know that I have an option. And Freedom Taxi was cheaper than both Uber and Lyft. Their prices were unreasonable for a short distance.

Around 1 AM she called Four Ones to pick her up at my house. She asked how long it would take, they told her 15 to 20 minutes. Over a full hour went by and no one showed up or called. We know because we are watching out the windows. After an hour and a half of no contact, She called a cab company who actually gave a damn. This isn't here-say. I was there the whole time and kinda impressed that a company could give so little thought to the customers. I guess that's why they only have one star on yelp. They deserve less.

After making two separate efforts to clarify why Precision's price quote was so high and why the Lowest Price Guarantee wasn't being honored, I went with another company. And, I'm really happy that I did. The company that earned my business, was not only comparable, but, in my opinion even superior. Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer. This gentleman even showed up 25 minutes early! What an incredible experience! Muhammad, I truly appreciate your response and your generous offer. The purpose of this updated review was to clarify that the company that we went with, was not inferior in any way. For some reason, you referenced Uber or a taxi service in your response. When I used this service they neglected to inform me and my party that there is a flat rate per consumer. After we began driving the driver informed us that the price was 8 dollars per person. The total amount for the trip cost us a total of $48 dollars for a 2.6 mile drive. Even New York city taxis would not charge this obscene amount. I am appalled at how this company takes advantage of its users. However, my biggest sympathy is for the driver who did not receive a tip based on how poorly this company treats its consumers. I would rather walk through the fires of hell then use this taxi service again.
