A friend of mine recommended this spot and wanted to stop in, and so we did. He said, "it's one of his favorite spots," and I can see why. It's homey and the clerk makes you feel at home. Westies Nutrition has an extensive menu of drinks and protein doughnuts to choose from. I elected to try the green tea served hot. It was really refreshing, smooth, and satisfying. Popped into Westies Nutrition because of their Disney Week Specials. They had Disney inspired flavored shakes and teas for a limited of time. I tried the Mickey's Red Velvet which tasted like chocolate cake batter. I also tried the Dole Whip which was a light, pineapple delight. Both these nutritious shakes were thick, sweet and tasted like dessert. The shakes packed with nutrients and protein. One thing that Westies stood out was that you got a free tea with a shake! I tried the Watermelon flavor that was sweet and refreshing. The baristas were very friendly and helped us with all our questions. The shop is large and open space with a few chairs and tables. It felt very welcoming and family-oriented to spend time drinking shakes and teas with the little kids. Their enormous menu is painted on the wall, easy to view, with their many flavor offerings for teas and shakes. I stopped by Westies Nutrition last week for the first time and it was so good! They have a fairly extensive menu to choose from, including teas, coffees, and shakes. I opted for a shake, and ordered the "Cherry Oreo Cheesecake" shake, which was one of the February Specials. It was seriously delicious! All of the shakes have 24 grams of protein, 21 vitamins, 9 grams of sugar, and under 250 calories. All shakes also come with a green tea-based cold tea, with a variety of flavors to choose from. The teas contain aloe to help with healthy absorption of nutrients and healthy digestion. I chose the "Skittles" flavor, which was amazing! The owner, Amanda, who was working when I stopped in, was very friendly and helpful. The interior is nicely decorated with tables and also a couch for seating. My friends and I were blown away by the overwhelming amount of flavors they offer for their shakes. It was an experience for us when we visited. We ordered Jamocha and Christmas Crack shakes that came we teas as complimentary. Don't let the overwhelming flavors deter you from trying out the drinks because they were very delicious. I love the fact that they are not too sweet and overly chocolate-y. They also use healthy ingredients to help you increase your vitamins/supplements intake (not for medical purposes). The girls that work here are super nice but this is NOT a nutrition place. I got a protein coffee shake and they literally added simple syrup to it. I couldn't even drink it. Maybe it's what some people want but it wasn't as advertised read more

Mixed. The staff is great, so friendly and refreshing in this age of BCS (bad customer service). Menu on the wall is massive and every shake sounds like delicious deserts and some mysterious! My biggest concern is there is no LISTED INFORMATION on what alot of the shakes are, the flavors ( yes chocolate is chocolate) but more important ( being it is billed as nutritious and healthy) NO NUTRITIONAL INFO. You can ask the staff on what the ingredients etc are but there should be a PRINTED MENU that explains all of this - then you can choose what is best etc. It would be awkward to ask alot of questions etc especially with a staff of 2 and it does seem busy enough etc. Make it easier on customer and staff. I want to know what i am drinking ... empower your customers! read more

This place is awesome. Obviously if you aren't a healthy person with a balanced diet you shouldn't be drinking these shakes everyday. They are delicious, thick and super creative! The staff is always extremely pleasant and sweet. I catch myself craving these shakes very often. Lol the teas are also really good and give you a great boost of energy.
