I went to buy a Washer and Dryer and specifically asked what financing options I had, and for the…read moresoonest delivery date, they didn't explain all my financing options correctly and when I got my card I realized that I could've got a better financing option had I spent a couple 100 dls more. I had already been waiting for my washer and dryer to arrive and had a date for delivery setup but I wanted to get the special refinancing, so we did a return and rebuy with the same exact items and I specifically told the customer service member that I wanted the same delivery date and she said we should be able to set it up. Long story short they changed it and got it wrong, so they told me to call the store today and no one answers the phone. Worst customer service ever, not to mention most of the time I can't get a solid answer to my questions before buying something. I am giving them 2 stars so this review doesn't get ignored like most one stars do.

I went to the contractor's desk. The guy pointed in the general direction and said, "they're in hardware." I went to that area. I found door hinges but no gate hinges. After searching that area for a while, I went to a nearby help desk. There were two employees there chatting. Again I asked. Again one pointed in the general direction and said, "those are in hardware." Frustrated, I said, "I've been through there three times. I found door hinges but not gate hinges." The other one chimed in, "they're right by the door hinges." They then went back to their conversation. I was boiling. I eventually found them not anywhere near the door hinges. My point is what would have been so tough about taking this obviously frustrated customer to what he was looking for -- especially after he said he'd been through the are three times.
