I would rate it -0!!! I use to live here and moved out in March. Well now YES community is saying that I "owe" $600 and that normally they take it out the deposit. Which we paid $2,500 before we moved in now they're saying I never paid a deposit. Charla is the one who helped close the sale and I have PROOF that she did in fact receive the $2,500. Someone called me and said that "there is no record" that I paid $0 to them for my deposit which is complete BS! I will be taking y'all to court if that's how y'all wanna come at me. I have proof. So where did the $2,500 go? No one in the office knows and the phone is being avoided. Is the reason because CHARLA scammed us?? I need answers!! read more

Very strange place. They could not show us a copy of the lease without money up front nor would they produce a fee statement for us. Very strange indeed. I would recommend reading your lease very, very, very closely before signing it. read more

I currently stay here and it's horrible! "Yes" (management company) management is horrible. They don't listen when it comes to complaints or needing something fixed. They will schedule for appt. for mowing and bug spray with out your Consent. Their maintenance people will come into your home without your knowledge and they will go in while your not home too. Neighbor has a whole in their roof that hasn't fixed since they moved in that was a year ago. There is mold in our kitchen that was never taken care of. Made multiple attempts to have them fix. They won't, I don't recommend living here!! read more

Terrible place to live managers will lie to you all the way through and through they don't care if your kids are playing in the street and somebody tries to run him over they don't do anything about it I'd stay as far as I can from this place read more
