The Driver was friendly and he also gave me a ride to the Dealership so I could get a loaner which really helped my wife and me. I can't get anyone to return my emails-- I asked to reassigned a new driver which they told me they would reach out in 7 to 10 business days.... Really what kind of business is this. It has been a month with no driver reaching out and 5 emails that provide no direct phone number or ability to get a refund. Go elsewhere this has been a terrible experience.
