Now they have a Denny's right next door, so you can also grab a bite to eat. By the way, they have showers. I've never taken one here, but that's pretty convenient, especially for truck drivers. The staff are friendly. The convenient store has every type of snack and drink you need on your road trip if you desire something other than a cup of coffee.

It as actually our first time at a CAT scale so wasn't familiar with the process. I downloaded the apps and attached payment to the app so it was very easy to just drive right up and onto the scales. Not much for instruction so watch a few youtube videos before you go to figure out where to put your axles. Because I had the app, I didn't use the call button. I wasn't sure where I'd go inside if I didn't, probably the AM/PM. Only complaint about the location was the HUGE pot holes that could cause some pretty severe damage to my vehicle and 16' trailer. The gas price is always the best in town and is 50 cents per gallon cheaper than Costco . You can request for bathroom/ shower service and the microphone would announce that your shower stall is ready when you are pumping gas . If you want freshly made burgers and snacks , there is a Wendy next to it and a Popeye chicken and Arby's near by . Everything is clean and organize. Pumping stations for gas has many lanes so you hardly need to wait in line . Great customer service .

By far the worst experience I've ever experienced from any convenience store so far. The so-called…read morevery untrained manager did not know how to process a transaction using a relay app that us drivers use and he was unwilling to get on the phone with their own pilot help desk get the necessary instructions and have the transaction process. After a few hours I figured his shift was over and maybe I can speak with a different manager on duty which there was a lady named Heather who claimed to be the manager and her herself actually did call the help desk but because the help desk said that the weight would be longer than usual due to high call volumes she said she could not wait around for them to pick up so then I asked if it did not matter to her that I was a customer and needed his transaction to be completed she pretty much told me there was nothing she could do because she was not going to wait around that she had a whole store that she had to manage so I told her okay I guess I have no other option then to call corporate her reply was do you have their number because I don't and I responded with I'm pretty sure it won't take me too long to find it online and she said okay do what you have to do in the meantime I stepped outside and went about to make that phone call while she was inside she spent the whole time on the phone looking out the window as to what I was doing probably calling Ruben to inform him that I again had returned to ask her to help me out and probably that I threatened to call corporate the time that she spent looking at what I was doing she could have really been on hold with the pilot help desk to make the transaction go through but she was more worried about taking care of her store which she did not leave the desk after I left the desk to do what she said she had to do ultimately corporate told me they cannot force them to do anything but they were just put it down in the books and make sure that they received proper training for those transactions in the future. I believe they need more training in overall customer service and learning how to keep learning and not believe that they already know everything and there is nothing a customer can show them that they don't already know very disappointed in both managers because they are just passing that on to their employees who will probably follow their procedures on handling situations like this. I'm usually a little wary of self-checkout (possibly it's user error), but here it was quick and easy to scan a few items, add my gas purchase, and get out very quickly.
