The worst possible truck stop or gas station I've ever been to. I stopped in for a truck wash, to throw away some trash from our road trip and to use the restroom. When I walked in the operator of the gas station immediately accused me of smoking at the pumps. I was not smoking at the pumps and said no, I was throwing away my trash. I do not smoke. She then continued to talk trash about me to the customers. How can you be so rude and throwing accusations to a customer? Instead of accusing people maybe you should go clean the women's restroom! it was absolutely disgusting, filthy, and the soap dispenser was empty. I will never come here again! read more

We were greeted very pleasantly and got free coffee for fueling up! It's good coffee too! Truck stop is clean, bathrooms were clean. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel noticed. That is not the rule at truck stops, this place was the exception! read more

This was my grandpa Joe place. I remember going down and he would close the restaurant when we all showed up and he would always good a big good meal. This place is an icon. Always a good place to stop in the area. read more

If they had a negative 4 on here I'd rather this place that. They charged a debit fee plus 10 cents more a gallon for using a card. There bathroom was something out of a horror movie. When my husband told them about the card the guy just smiled. If we aren't mistaken a huge gas company was recently sued for doing this . I'd advice don't go there. read more

I am a trucker I stopped at Joe's travel plaza to get some beverages and use the restroom at 4:10 pm on 06-02-2020 after using the restroom unnoticed a shot glass that I would like to purchase then I realized I forgot my wallet I placed the glass back went to my truck to grab my wallet as I was gone the short blonde older woman was making racial comments and stating that I stole a shot glass to the middle aged heavy set security officer and proceeded to follow me out of the store however the didn't know that my co driver was in line and heard everything they were saying about me I will never come back to such a racist establishment and I will forward this information to every trucker I can to prevent them from experiencing the same extreme racial profiling that I had to endure today read more

I'm typically fascinated with going to these travel "pit" stops, that are typically for truckers; not only that they serve those in personal vehicles too. Getting your fuel there is like ordinary when you're near home or when heading to work. Some travel stops also serve full meals and/or sell the usual necessities for your vehicle. I came here cuz the gas prices were meaningful. What more could I say? It's well-stocked, clean, and the food it tasty! read more

Great place to get diesel and def for your commercial truck and also gas for your personal vehicle. If your in a hurry to fuel and go then stop here, staff is great and lanes are always available not like flying j a couple of exits more down the road where they take forever to fuel. Ron's Truck wash is also here and they do a wonderful job on our fleet vehicles at affordable prices. The best part about fueling here is also when you fuel up you get free coffee or fountain drink with your fuel up purchase. read more

Let me make this very clear. THIS IS NOT about the Togo's sandwich shop within the store. They're great. The employees of the convenience store and fried chicken stand never wear masks properly. Their masks are always pulled down past their chins. When they're around their own soda fountain, fried chicken stand, or dealing with customers. County health needs to make a few surprise visits. read more

We stopped by late tonight to fill up our tank at the TOGO gas station and the two ladies working their graveyard shift were so nice and funny! We have been driving for hours already and it was nice getting to interact with them. They gave us a free cup of coffee & soda since we filled up our tank. Loved the service! read more

Horrible service From lady at the register. I clearly told her to put my gas at pump 20, she put it at 22 and swore up and down that I told her pump 22. Instead of just helping me out with putting it back on pump 20 she had to keep arguing her point that she was right about putting gas at pump 22. Does it really matter who was right at that point I'm letting you know you put it at the wrong pump. How about just be an adult and fix it. Won't be coming back to this gas station. read more

Super clean .Great customer service. Very clean bathroom. Cheapest gas in the town. What else I want ? I was not aware that this place have TOGO'S SANDWICHES & krispy krunch chicken inside the gas station..All in one stop. Went there with my family on Monday. No line . We were served in less than two minutes. Quick in quick out. Food was excellent. Pastrami Reuben is my favorite. Our family stopped here at 2:00 am on a drive down to Disneyland. The place was super clean, including the bathrooms. The man at the counter was very friendly. For this area at 2:00 am it was an excellent experience. Gassed up, used restrooms, and stocked up on snacks. We felt safe and greeted in a friendly manner and were in and out quickly. I'm only giving this place two star because it wasn't nasty. I have been stoping here for years because of the fuel price but now the price is way out of line... All the other stations around are cheaper by far. I bought my two year old some goldfish crackers and didn't realize until much later that they were expired by 4 months... Fastest truck wash EVER. Their manager was actually IN the truck wash making sure everyone knew what to do and when. It was magical. They washed the outside of our RV. They also answered the phone when we called (rare in this industry), and stayed true to their word when we asked how long it would take . read more

On Saturday July 13 I went to this location. The buttons on the pump I used were malfunctioning. I am handicapped and it was difficult to walk in. When I went in the clerk told me I either had to tell her the dollar amount or leave my card. I asked the clerk if I would have the amount that asked for refunded automatically if I did not come in and she assured me the amount would be refunded and she said it would be refunded without coming back in for the receipt. The amount that I did not pump was not refunded. I have gone to this location many times in the past with my trucks. I am seldom in this area any more and it is not convenient to rectify this problem. My wife an d I will never fuel here again. Also they charge a fee to use a debit card. I highly recommend you avoid using this location to fuel. read more

A truck stop that can't break 100 dollar bill two stars just because they have a togos and I love that place

I've been coming to Joes off and on for about 3 years. I have to say I've never been disappointed ( knock on wood). The staff ranges from friendly to Luke warm. The food at Togos is delicious. Compared to other local truck stops in the area.. I think their staff has the best disposition and customer service skills. I would highly recommend this location to fuel/eat. I had the misfortune of shopping for snacks and gas Joe's Travel Plaza in Lathrop. The snack I purchased was overpriced and actually had already past its expiration date. When I checked my receipt, the price I paid for gas was substantially higher than what was advertised out front. When I returned to question the receipt total, the salesperson was rude and informed me that, "If I don't want to pay that much extra, I should have used cash." Suffice to say, I have not returned and will never shop here again. read more
