Evie settled in right from her first introduction visit to the time I picked her up. We had regular pup dates and photos which showed her having a great time on walks, meeting new friends and cuddled up on the sofa with Liam, Laras partner. I can say with all honesty, our holiday was extra special seeing that our baby was doing great! The Evie i brought home, was not the usual clingy little soul I bring home from the Kennels. Evie was relaxed and no sign of a croaky bark which usually indicates she's had a Kennel stay. Our usual Kennels are fine, no complaints from us but for Evie, I think they are loud & a little stressful. I would use them as a second choice now. Lara is most definitely Evies stand in Mummy & I would not hesitate in using her again! A big thank you to Lara & not forgetting Liam for a great service xxx

took my 2 labs for 2wks and went in looking good and come out looking as good and young 1 has a…read moreproblem with food no chicken and they stuck 2 the diet i wrote down 4 them and even shampooed her twice while there. i would recommend them 2 any family or friend. and be going back again in the summer. its now may 2013 my 3 girls are back off their holidays all clean and healthy and well looked after all booked for 2weeks in September they do enjoy it they run down from the car to the kennel.

He spent 3 weeks with Pampered Pets while I was out of the country. The staff are experienced and friendly and my dogs and others I have seen, LOVE the ladies there, and actually pull on the lead towards the place! They are taken on proper walks, 3 times a day, and have so much attention, they are spoilt rotten! I can leave my dog there knowing he will be looked after and loved while i am gone. wonderful place for dogs.

The "alternative" was flashy, new, modern and eerily devoid of woofs, but my dogs were returned to me in a dreadful state. I have always gone to Bungalow Farm, and not once have I returned from holiday feeling guilty that I had place them there. The ladies are lovely, and took the time to address my worries. The dogs have walks out and playtime and cuddles, they are kept clean and tidy, and always seem happy and content going in , and when being picked up. The Lady who runs Bungalow Farm spent years as a veterinary nurse, which helped put my mind at rest. Please support these kennels! They may look a little "rough and ready" but the care my boys have there is brilliant ! I will always book well in advance to avoid having to go anywhere else !!

This was our first time away from Brady, who at 6 months old has spent all his time at home with both myself and my husband working in the house. As a result we were hugely concerned about separation anxiety (both for Brady and for us!) We needn't have worried. Richard kindly invited us into his home ahead of our night away with Brady to ensure we were comfortable with his environment and we immediately felt at ease. Firstly, Richard is a wonderfully kind and calm chap, who clearly adores dogs and it was very clear Brady felt at home. Richard answered all our (many) questions ahead of our break quickly and nothing ever felt like too much trouble for him. Brady skipped into the bungalow without so much of a look back when we left him and with regular updates from Richard throughout the day, we never had any concerns and had a super break. Brady looked super happy when we collected him and I'm sure can't wait to return for some more pampering! We are already booked in for our next break and can safely say this will now be his second home when needed. We have taken our dogs to these kennels a few times and the service has been second to none. We had…read morenever taken the dogs to kennels until my son was taken into hospital for an emergency operation over Christmas. As we had to stay away from home we had to use kennels and checked out several. We chose Grove Kennels as they appeared so professional and we could see how much they loved dogs. Although the kennels were really busy they made sure there was room for our dogs even though we could not be sure when we would be home to collect them. The dogs have stayed there twice since then and love being there. It is obvious when we see how they greet the staff that they are well treated. Unfortunately the last time we needed kennels The Grove Kennels were fully booked and we had to look for other kennels. This proved to be a disaster and we will never leave our dogs anywhere but the Grove from now on.
