After having the area dissolved twice about six months ago, I was left with uneven volume -- my right under eye looked good, but my left side appeared hollow and skeletal. Dr. Greene took the time to listen to my history and concerns. He carefully explained the challenges and risks involved in correcting previous filler, especially in the delicate tear trough area, and I appreciated how honest and clear he was. His manner was professional, reassuring, and very personable, which immediately put me at ease. During treatment, I felt completely comfortable and confident in his technique. I could tell he was placing the filler deep, close to the bone, to avoid the superficial swelling and discoloration I had experienced in the past. His approach felt precise and intentional, and I genuinely felt I was in expert hands. So I decided to call today directly and find out if I want to work with this office or not? So I called and talked on the phone with Eloa. She was very apologetic, pleasant and knowledgeable. She took her time, answered all my questions with NO FRUSTRATIONS and lots of patience. I always have tons of questions!! Super excited about this and how the office handled everything so far, good vibes and verbal comfort! Set my appt to visit and consult with the DR, 4 months out, ouch just for the consult. Didn't like that, maybe up to a year for surgery. UGGG! Also, I don't like that I had to prepay for a consult to get an appt date, but who cares, I'm ready and serious! I guess if they need that for my appt to show my commitment-I'm down. She mentioned it also goes towards whatever you may choose to do within the office. I wish I…read morecould say the specific name of the doctor but I wasn't able to see her nametag since she barely talked to me (MUCH less introduced herself) I don't know her name. I went into the room... scared (because I am young and this is a vulnerable and uncomfortable procedure) and I was not greeted *at all*. She told me to take my clothes off, she did the procedure (which was very uncomfortable and even painful), she told me to get undressed and then she told me to leave. There was absolutely no explanation of what was going to be done- she didnt go slow- she didnt offer me to signal if I needed her to stop or if it hurt- and she barely talked to me. It felt extremely cold. Not to mention I was left on the chair with ultrasound gel on and *I had to ask her* where the paper towels were... her response? She said: "they are over there" - pointed to them- and left me to walk to the other side of the room in an exposed state. I will start by saying, all OBGYNs should be trained to be as empathetic and caring as possible. Most of the healthcare that is provided and conversed about in that field can be very sensitive and the patient is often very vulnerable. These are STRANGERS that you go in and you pay a bunch of money to (I am aware this is not necessarily the offices fault) and they ask you invasive questions and sometimes they have to see you in your most vulnerable state - the BARE MINIMUM is to be kind and accommodating. Especially for young women the gynecologist can be super scary. Im not saying its all the staff there. I actually had a wonderful experience with Dr. Valderrama who proved to me how easy it is to have basic respect and kindness when conducting these procedures. But they NEED to stress to every staff member that empathy and care is a necessity in this field. Experiences like this can be traumatic for a lot of people so they need to be treated with care. Sidenote: I think its very unprofessional and dishonest that my portal says Dr. Anghel conducted my ultrasound when it was a woman who helped me. I don't see any other names recorded for that procedure. The office is also extremely unorganized but thats another problem.

She was on vacation... Came back after her vacation and as previously mentioned my "11's" were still more visible than I expected. She mentioned that I waited too long to come back upon which I had to remind her about her vacation. She opened a fresh vial and readdressed the entire forehead and "11's". It lifted my eyebrows and I definitely saw results, I was just surprised I could frown and furrow my eyebrows. I would do it again but only if it were far less expensive. I think she is a VERY honorable doctor and person and most likely I just have some sort of resistance to Botox. My nostrils were uneven and my tip cartlidges were EXTREMELY uneven which led to one side of my nose being higher than the other! I wanted the bulbous out of my nose and although it was reduced, it was still fairly bulbous. I recently underwent a revision rhinoplasty and am liking the results. The new doctor said my tip cartlidges were not cut evenly and that contributed to my unsatisfactory result. With all that mean said, my original nose was a hard case so I won't be to hard on Harrell, I believe he did the best he could and that's all I can ask for.

She takes her time to listen to your concerns and preventative healthcare is a priority. The wait time wasn't long, staff was friendly, and I was in and out within an hour for my recent appointment. They were able to accommodate me last year with a virtual/phone call visit but I'm not sure if they still offer that. If you need to get your labs done, they can do them in the office or you can get it done at another lab or Quest Diagnostics.
