After having the area dissolved twice about six months ago, I was left with uneven volume -- my right under eye looked good, but my left side appeared hollow and skeletal. Dr. Greene took the time to listen to my history and concerns. He carefully explained the challenges and risks involved in correcting previous filler, especially in the delicate tear trough area, and I appreciated how honest and clear he was. His manner was professional, reassuring, and very personable, which immediately put me at ease. During treatment, I felt completely comfortable and confident in his technique. I could tell he was placing the filler deep, close to the bone, to avoid the superficial swelling and discoloration I had experienced in the past. His approach felt precise and intentional, and I genuinely felt I was in expert hands. I appreciate Dr. Rothfield's honesty. When other Drs said I could use a lift he disagreed. My explant went well and I'm extremely happy with the results. I can wear so many styles of clothes I used to wear when I was a small cup. Don't need to wear v-necks all the time or worry that my buttons are pulling on my dress shirt. My only minor issue is what to do with all my old bathing suits that complimented a D cups! D was alway bad in school and A's were great. So my natural breasts are great!!! My nostrils were uneven and my tip cartlidges were EXTREMELY uneven which led to one side of my nose being higher than the other! I wanted the bulbous out of my nose and although it was reduced, it was still fairly bulbous. I recently underwent a revision rhinoplasty and am liking the results. The new doctor said my tip cartlidges were not cut evenly and that contributed to my unsatisfactory result. With all that mean said, my original nose was a hard case so I won't be to hard on Harrell, I believe he did the best he could and that's all I can ask for.

I've learned that it's a journey to find the right health care provider but I'm so happy to have found Julisa. She is the ARNP in Dr. Marika's office. She takes her time to listen to your concerns and preventative healthcare is a priority. The wait time wasn't long, staff was friendly, and I was in and out within an hour for my recent appointment. They were able to accommodate me last year with a virtual/phone call visit but I'm not sure if they still offer that. If you need to get your labs done, they can do them in the office or you can get it done at another lab or Quest Diagnostics.
