We called all the time because they would lock our units. We would go to the office to make sure we were good with them. Our furniture and building supplies were stored there. I had jewelry including a necklace with my brothers ashes in it stored there. It would have been crazy to not pay for it. I have found several other people the same thing happened to. I am seeking a lawyer at this point. Please be aware of this company.

The unit itself is very secure with a key lock as well as a spot to add a combination lock. Once you are in the units they are as advertised with regard to the space and are exceptionally clean. Overall, location is quick easy access and the facility is nice. If you live in the area and need storage space they would be a great option to call and get pricing from.
