A while back there were some problems with a different on-site manager but everything is running smoothly now. My unit is one of the larger ones and the price is amazing! Go to Sacramento and you'll find the same size unit (10x24) renting for $250+ a month! They adjust the hours in summer due to it being lighter later which is great for people who need to go in after work on a weeknight. Earlier this year they added boat and RV storage. I moved in 2000 sq foot house worth of belongings in June of 2017. That fall during the first rain, there was a large leak in the roof towards the front of the unit. Many of my boxes suffered water damage. I can say though that when I reported it to the staff on duty, they sent a worker out to clean the rain gutters and also comped me with a free months rent. My only suggestion to them would be that if the gutters are known to cause leaks in the storage units, that they should clean them out prior to the rain. Last, upon recent move out, I found an extra large uhaul box containing very important items to have been broken into by what appears to have been a RAT. The rat chewed through a bunch of stuff, left fecal matter all inside the box, as well as a bunch of urine stains. I also found a large amount of cockroaches that were dead, under a stack of mattresses. Anyways, I encourage this business to up their game as far as water leaks and pest control.

My father recently past away and it was time to clear out the unit. The doors haven't been rolled up in over 9 years and I didn't know what to expect. To my surprise there was was zero evidence of rodents or insects. I thought there'd be something after all this time but our family albums and delicate belongings were in prestine condition. Darren was kind and considerate through this difficult time. He went out of his way to insure our comfort, offered a helping hand and stayed open exceptionally late so we could finish in one day. They screwed me over and could not care less about giving me the money they owe me. It's a sham of an operation!! Of iIcould afford to lose money I wouldn't have gone there.
