But I've been here three times now and every time I'm treated like an inconvenience. The employees huddle around in the back room and take a long time to even come out and greet their customers. Then they seem annoyed or only half listen to what you want. That seems to be just me though because I've seen them be downright warm with others. It confused me because I'm a really nice person. I assumed it was just because they hadn't seen me before. When I told him I wanted stiletto nails he had no clue what I was talking about and still gave me his suggestion of almond shape. I could forgive that except that the work he did was awful, uneven, and he was slow as molasses. Today I left before my nails got painted; I was that frustrated. Not only did the man not listen to me, but he was also rude to my daughter. And he didn't even question me leaving. I'm sure he knew it was rough. I tried really hard to be okay with this place. I can forgive a lack in customer service due to the low price. I could even forgive so-so work due to the low price. But both of those things? No thank you. I will not be returning.
