I find myself recommending osteopathy as a form of manual therapy to friends quite often, but find it difficult to explain exactly how it works. I usually end up saying that it's a bit like magic.
If osteopathy is a bit magic, then Graham and his team at Westside are wizards.
I have had a range of issues over the past 10-12 years relating to sports injuries, and have found osteopathy to be the most effective treatment for me where physiotherapy has only solved part of the problem. The osteopaths at Westside are always wonderfully helpful, friendly, and knowledgable. They are also all members of the Australian Osteopathic Association.
