This past Christmas was different. I ordered a sweater and paid for gift wrapping. The sweater arrived before Christmas and was of good quality. Unfortunately, the sweater was not gift wrapped. While the lack of gift wrapping was not a big deal, I had paid extra for it, so I requested a refund of the gift wrapping fee on 21 December. I was informed the company would respond within 24 hours. Ten days later, there was no response, so I sent the request again on 31 December. Ten days later, the company sent the shipping tracking number. I was not questioning the shipping; the goods had been received. For the third time over more than three weeks, I requested a refund of the gift wrapping fee. While the fee was finally refunded, I received no response from the company at all. The true measure of a company is how they respond when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, Oslo Sweater Shop has no commitment to customer service.

It is easy to take the BY train from the airport to this station and it takes about 30 minutes and runs approximately every 20 minutes. It costs less than $15 a person and there are discounts. The Lego store on the 3rd floor has the biggest mural I've ever seen with the countries I've visited, including where it was created Denmark. It is about 12 feet tall and 20 feet wide. See photos. I bought a stuffed animal dog and some postcards to send to family members. The lady at the checkout was very nice and let me borrow her pen to sign the postcards at the counter, and gave me directions to the nearest post office. Only downside to this store would be that the floor was a bit slippery and that like almost everything else in Oslo, it was pricey; for instance, the plush little dog I bought was around $20.
