Since starting my golf journey, I've had the privilege to play 6 golf courses, and this one is the nicest by FAR. The tee boxes make you feel like your teeing off a mini green, the sand is exactly what you want, the greens are extremely well maintained, the fairways make you feel like your hitting off a longer green, the scenery is beautiful, and the different distances make for a fun challenge. The clubhouse is also fantastic, and the staff are super helpful. Driving is beautiful with a view of the lake, iron range and putting green are also super nice. 10/10 would definitely recommend

I probably wouldn't…read morehave played here if I didn't have the pass as it is an hour drive from Minneapolis, but figured I'd give it a try and play somewhere new. The track plays like your typical muni course with muni conditions - the greens are small, the fairways are not as nice as other western courses like Pebble Creek. It is a good course to walk (except if it is muddy in the "forest" that you walk through between a few holes. It was a warm day and there was not one jug of water on the course - and no beverage cart. The clubhouse is older and lacks some of the amenities of other courses. Play was on the fast side which is good - it is mostly flat and straight. Number 12 is a cool par 3 hole requiring a 140 yard carry over wetlands and a precision hit on a well guarded green. Also - the price was right. It is one of the few options in the area for locals but probably not a destination course from the Twin Cities.

The reason I asked him was because I was warned by another buyer out at the show not to buy from them because he fiberglass problems with his 2023 Malibu and they were less then helpful during that warranty defect. For the first couple weeks things were going smooth on my transaction (keep in mind this is a lot of money to me but it was one of there low end boats so they were less interested) but as the weeks turned into months I was trying to get the deal finalized with Sara Walsh. I sent several emails and phone calls ( I am phone call guy) to Sara with no response. During all of this time they had my trade in at there dealership along with a 25k down payment. So I reached back out to Adam and he said just go on there website and do it yourself so I had reached my point of not needing a boat that bad any more trying to deal with these rich arrogant people. Finalizer I tried to take my trade in boat out for a cruise today 7/10/24 and they took the key out of the boat.

Still works well today. I bought a used snowmobile there in 2013 and got great advice from him. Bought a different one from Pat in 2015 (ready to move to electric start) and had him sell my previous one. The sale netted right around the same as what Pat had told me to expect back when I bought it through him. They give consistently good advice, treat customers fairly, and I'm always happy with their service.

We have gone here for some cross country skiing last winter with a bunch of assorted family members! It was a blast. We were also here to take senior pictures for our son a few years back. This park isn't too large that you would get lost. The trails are not paved but most of them are mowed and clear. This used to be an old family farm and many of the buildings and the old house still exist. They have several small lakes to enjoy walking around in the summer. They have ski trails and snowshoe trails in the winter. We always enjoy this park when we come here. We have family that live in nearby Henderson which is just down the road past the Ney Nature Center, heading west on Hwy 19. There are places to eat and shop in town. If you are running low on fuel, they also have a few gas stations. We are planning to return this winter to ski some more! Maybe i will see you there! Enjoy the photos!

And most of the people and dogs are super friendly…read more I had a couple of wonky experiences...I don't recommend this park for small dogs that don't play well with any other dog or doesn't play well with big dogs. There are A LOT of big dogs that visit here and there's no designated area for small dogs. If your dog is aggressive (big or small), also not a good spot to bring your dog. I've had one small dog that ran up to me and tried to bite my ankles. And another small pooch that didn't want to play and tried to bite my dog. Not cool and not the right place for your dog.

I love this dog park. I almost didn't move out of the area I love this dog park so much…read more Unfortunately it's now an hour drive one way for us so we very rarely get out here anymore. It's 27 (roughly) acres, all fenced in of tall grass, trees, some water, and walking trails. My dog and I used to spend hours here, it was a sanity saver when she was a puppy, bring her here in the morning for an hour or two and she'd be good and worn out so I could actually get something done in the afternoon. So details about the park, it does cost money, $5/day or $35/year. The year runs out on Dec 31. If you buy a $35 pass Dec 30, you'll need to get a new Jan 1. That said, you pay to *park* there. So if you walk in, it's free. There's a parking lot just down the hill for the bike paths, it's tiny, but it'll fit a few cars. Park there, walk up the hill to the park, and it's free! Do not, I repeat, do not get caught parking in the dog park lot without a permit. It is a *huge* fine, like over $100 fine (luckily I do not know this from personal experience, but from others who got caught). And it is pretty regularly checked for non-permit cars. There is a small dog section of the park that people are picky about being for small dogs, but it is rarely used. There are also free bags at the entrance, and unfortunately it's where the only garbage can is too. So sometimes there's issues of people not picking up the poop on the other end of the park because they don't want to carry it back to the entrance. The regulars are super nice and I met many good friends this way, as did my dog. If you go a mile further down the road from the dog park you'll find Lake Zumbra, which is a public boat access. Dogs are welcome, but must be leashed. The park ranger regularly patrols down here too to make sure dogs are actually leashed. I would just go swimming with my dog, we both loved it. Often I would leave the leash on her, but not always hold it, if you hear a truck coming down the dirt road, grab the leash and pretend like you've always been holding it. (shh)

What happened to this place? I played last year and it was so well maintained --smooth tee boxes,…read morebeautiful fairways and nearly perfect greens. I played the other day and the rough was so long it was growing through the benches. The greens were sunburned and the fairways looked like they were strangled with chemicals. The tee boxes are all divots and mud. There are so many ropes up it feels like a guinea pig habit trail.

Was at the driving range on Sunday 7/7/24 and was hitting balls with my friend(who is not very good…read moreat golf) and he topped his hybrid and barely hit the cart picking up balls more than 50 yards away. After, the cart guy drove up very close nearly running his foot over and starting cussing us out, saying " fuck off shit boy, I hope the next ball you hit deflects off and hits you" and other bad things. And then drove off. Older gentlemen, a grown man cussing out to kids for a mistake is embarrassing and we will not be coming back
