I contacted Jennifer after seeing her work on Instagram. I was looking for someone to take some…read morenon-studio and non-school senior pictures of my son. Well, COVID happened right about that time and quarantine measures were put in place. However, we were still able to do the shoot downtown all while maintaining "social distancing". Fortunately, due to quarantine, downtown was pretty empty and she was able to take some AMAZING photos of my son. Some were even in the middle of the street because- no traffic! I had sent Jennifer some senior pose ideas I had seen on Pinterest and she pretty much recreated all of them but, they were better than the originals. Her turn around time was so fast as well. I felt like she really listened to me and my ideas and she was so sweet and laid back which really reduced our stress levels. Additionally, Jennifer was very flexible. Because quarantine was happening, our first location choice was closed. Then the weather gave us some issues - but she thought of the new location and we just rolled along with a little bit of a rain shower too. Unlike some other photographers- Jennifer had a flat fee and did not make us purchase the negatives or originals to use for our own purposes. I really loved that about her business. They sent me pictures via email, there are very few pictures of the wedding at the church no pictures of me coming down the isle, no flower girl pics, no picture of the wedding party coming down the isle. the pictures were poor quality. The guy sat the whole time therefore his pictures had more ceiling than picture. The picture I did see were multiple shots of the same picture over and over. There are very few whole body pictures. At the reception again the same thing. I asked him to take pictures of the wedding party couple dancing and he took one picture of one couple. I had to repeatedly call, text, and email him and he has had excuse after excuse. He had the pictures edited and claimed he took 3000 pictures yet I have not seen that amount and out of the few he did take either the color was pink or more ceiling than picture. He did have them edThen he cc on any emails his so called attorney and refuses to respond. The video he made of the wedding was very poor quality. i paid what he charged way before the wedding date I never asked for a discount or extension to pay after me complaint tells me he knew there was something up with us and that we would ask for a refund. seriously he blamed us for his poor work. While on one of conversations before the wedding he mentioned another couple asked for their money back. I should have taken that as a red flag and hired someone else. Trust me if you want memorable pictures of your special occasion DO NOT CHOOSE THESE PEOPLE. They are the worst photographers the man talks a good talk but can not take pictures at all. unfortunately for us the moment is lost forever.
