I bought 2 smok vapes here one of them the battery died I haven't had it for long I'm very disappointed in them

I will NEVER return to this establishment! I'm currently a single parent (as my husband is away for the military) so I had to bring my child. As soon as I walked in the first thing out of the employees mouth was "first of all he's not allowed in here." There wasn't any posters or signs stating I could not bring my child. If there was they were not visible from the parking lot. I honestly didn't want to drive to my location to do business since it is 35 mins out of the way (at least they allow my child to sit on the couches , he's just not allowed passed the counter). I DID NOT feel welcomed! When I requested to even have someone assist me outside (since all I needed was literally pods!). I got the look as if I was crazy with no response! The juice selection is awesome they have an awesome flavors for every taste, but i absolutely hate going in to the store. There's always a bunch of weirdos that sit around there all day and stare at you when you walk in. It's a very uncomfortable feeling to be in there. Their staff is always on point except Vanessa because she has no idea what she's talking about 90% of the time, every time I ask her anything it always turns out wrong which in the past has ended up costing me more money down the line. Most vape shops will try and upsell, but this shop does it to an uncomfortable level. They will belittle you to make 4 extra dollars on juice. Good luck trying to spend 80 dollars on hardware, because they'll try to make you feel like an idiot till you want to spend 150. I have experience with all 3 regular attendants, 2 of them have no idea what they are talking about but think they do, the other 1 knows a lot but is still obsessed with upselling. I don't like going here, but once a month or so I have to for convenience. The prices are okay, a little expensive but worth it if you can't find trusted online suppliers. Good selection of gear and juices. I feel really bad for anyone who is just getting into vaping or wants to take the next step up and walks in here, definitely will be exploited. They would have my business if they didn't constantly upsell the customer who has been vaping and building for years. 2 stars is merciful and only because 1 attendant (and not even the manager) is better than the rest. read more
