On Friday, Feb 23rd, on instructions from myself, our property management firm email Arctic Snow to arrange for them to attend our property about 5pm Friday night, and again for Saturday morning prior to 8am. Arctic Snow confirmed the email was received and we were on their list. No one attended the site Friday night... By Saturday morning we had over 12" of snow on our roadways, and still no one showed up. I emailed their office to ask for an update on when we would get service [ thinking that they may have been overwhelmed with work due to the large snowfall ] and was responded to via email saying ' no one called me to arrange' and that they would be someone out to our site ASAP. By Sunday night I emailed to tell them to not bother attending our site and that we will terminate their services due to their inability to do the job. No apology was offered... just a terse email saying ' send in singed cancellation in writing' I have been the strata chair at this property for 18 years... and this firm takes the prize for incompetence in fulfilling a contract.
