Turns out he didn't have the ability to test the SSD drive so he offered to put an inferior replacement used drive for a slight reduction in price and keep the very expensive brand new drive. Understand that the SSD in the computer was brand new and would have been covered under warranty. Totally unethical behavior. Avoid this place like the plague.

Two months ago I bought a new Sebo which was a great vac but only used it 3 times before new carpet was installed. Despite bringing home carpet samples, we found to our shock the installed carpet was WAY thicker than what we thought we were getting. So the Sebo model we just bought was not going to cut it. Rowell's allowed a trade in for a different Sebo that does work without any hassle and Rex was thorough in his guidance. What a relief! This kind of service does not exist at the big box stores. You might think you are paying more for your vac but remember they service what they sell and will keep it running for many years which is real value.

A&S was first to quickly respond and tentatively answer all my questions. In about an hour, Soslan showed up to take a look at the dryer. He advised in his experience the noise was likely a pulley versus the rollers and provided a fair estimate. Upon disassembling the unit, he updated me on the issue (which was the pulley) and the total cost of the job, which was slightly lower than the original quote! He had the tools/parts on hand and about hour later the dryer was up and running again - noise gone! Soslan is awesome and professional. I appreciated his excellent communication. If I have any other home appliance issues, I will definitely give him a call. NOTE: Invoices are provided and credit cards are accepted via PayPal card reader. It was a great size but sold mostly machines - just a small corner of fabric. The woman working there was pleasant, answered our questions (except the one that we didn't ask "Where is all the fabric?"). For me to go in a fabric store and NOT SPEND A PENNY is pretty inconceivable. Next time, I will drive to Lansing to shop. Although if you are looking for a sewing machine, they did have a large selection there.

I thought the installer was going to contact the store about that, but I guess not. 4 days later I called to make the final payment, and the store was not aware of the wrong material being installed. I was hoping that they would make it right or give us a discount. But I guess not. The only reason I am giving them a 3 rating was because of the wrong fabric being installed. If the right fabric would of been installed, they would of got a 5 star rating. So if you order an awning......make sure the right color choice is going to be installed.
