We made arrangements in advance of my father's passing before leaving the country. When he passed, Vickers worked closely with my son to honor my father's wishes and coordinated the cremation through Jackson Cremation. They handled all aspects of the process and provided the remains to my son without any issues, which greatly reduced the stress of the situation. Later, when we needed a Burial Transit document that we had likely misplaced, they were very helpful in obtaining a replacement copy.
