I have an autoimmune disease so a medication I'm on requires 6 month visits. I LOVE Irene, his receptionist. She always brightens my day. Dr. Razook is patient and listens to my concerns. He is very specific with his language to be sure I understand what he is saying. He is reassuring and has never failed to resolve my eye issues. I trust his expertise and now my husband sees him, too. He has wet macular degeneration. Dr. Razook sent him to Dr. Haivala who is also phenomenal. His practice has gotten much busier now. Others seem to feel the same way I do.

I was so surprised and pleased with how well the OU Medical Center emergency room was run. I was only there a few hours if that. They sent me to the Dean McGee Institute so they could laser the tear in my eye. Dean McGee had me in one hour later. After seeing a series of doctors, because it is a teaching hospital. The problem was taken care of. the doctors were amazing, friendly, caring, professional, and knowledgeable. I was dreading having to go to the emergency room and then be sent somewhere else, but if I had to do it, it was the best it could be and yeah I saw about eight doctors total yesterday but that's the way it goes in a teaching hospital and every single one of them are amazing.

These guys are so fantastic. I moved up here and needed a new eye doctor and choose them. I saw…read morethem a few months ago, got excellent service and new bifocals. Unfortunately, my puppy got a hold of my glasses and put some bad scratches in them. I couldn't afford new glasses again, so I went in and asked them if they could buff out the scratches for me. They felt bad for me, but, because they were bifocals they couldn't buff because it would change the prescription. They were really, really nice about it. So I left deciding I would just live with it. About a week later, they called to tell me that my new lenses were in. WHAT????????? They totally changed out my lenses at no charge to me. I really mean, absolutely NO CHARGE. I was totally shocked because nobody does that anymore. All I can say is I will be one loyal client out of me!!!
