First American is professional, responsive and good at what they do. They are taking COVID precautions seriously. When dropping off the earnest check they have envelopes with clean pens to drop off to limit numbers in the actual office. They require wearing a mask when in office at all times and have hand sanitizer in the main area and each closing room. Each closing room has a screen between buyers (or sellers) and the First American employee. For the closing we were offered bottled water and given a clean pen for signing. It was a wonderful experience and made the title paperwork for our biggest investment a great experience.

Here is a brief factual summary of their wrongdoing: -Every 3-4 weeks, charged hundreds of dollars for "vendors" to complete mundane tasks like changing lightbulbs and removing a wasp nest -Attempted to charge me a $300 pet deposit (for a pet I was never told existed nor was I consulted about) rather than the tenant -Attempted to charge me $100 for a furnace filter that tenant was responsible for changing per the lease -Ignored tenant complaints for days and weeks repeatedly, causing them to escalate and call/text/email me to complain on multiple occasions -Emailed me on a Monday at 2:00pm demanding $3000 by 3:00pm that same day and threatening to no longer manage if I did not pay within 1 hour -After I gave a 30 day notice to end management per the management agreement, they chose to cancel management that same day without reason, also cancelling the contractor scheduled for that day. They did not inform my tenants or myself until two hours after the contractor appointment was scheduled to take place. Then they proceeded to charge me hundreds of dollars cancellation fees, which is in breach of the property management contract -Ultimately, pushed my tenant to a point that I had to pay them several thousand dollars to vacate the property to start over I brought this all to the company owner's attention, Noble took no responsibility whatsoever, and they refused to even reimburse the illegal cancellation fees they had charged. Please also be aware this company used to go by the name 8Z. They since had to change their name and "rebrand" due to the poor reputation of their old company.
