Apparently I don't know, but that's not even the problem. The problem is the not even five months old and . It shuts off after being on the phone for 15 minutes so what good is that phone? I don't care how much you paid for it every time I post to them they ignore my messages. They delete post from Facebook so I figured let's do a yelp review. Maybe it'll get the point and stop making it look like it's my problem when it's their problem instead of apologizing instead of offering something they sit there and call me crazy and call me a liar.
