Between the destroyed mod and the batteries for the mod, their defective tank cost me over $200!!!! So I put their tank and unused coils back in the box and tried to get them to fix it and all they did was offer me 20% off a new tank!!!! After selling selling me a piece of garbage that ruined my mod, the owner refused to take any responsibility for his negligence and product defects and told me to just sue him and then laughed at me. These are very evil people. I NEVER take the time to write reviews but this was just such an egregious situation and blatant disregard for the rights of a customer that I felt absolutely compelled to warn others. if you buy something from them, it malfunction, and causes damage to you or your propert, you WILL be on your own!!! I have already contacted the consumer protection division of the attorney general's office about the matter and if I need to, I'll be taking them to Court. Be safe guys!!

I walked up to the store and noticed it was closed, but opened at 12 noon. I looked at my watch and saw it was 11:58. I parked my car a little down the street so decided I'd move a little closer and wait a bit. About 6 minutes later I don't see any movement so I give the store a call. "Hello?" "Is this Harford Vape House" "Yeah" "Are you guys open?" "Um, yeah, I'll be open in about ten minutes." I go and buy some cat food up the street. Then I return and see a guy unlocking the front door. I follow him in. I tell him I'm new to all this and explain what exactly I am looking for. He offers me something not at all like what I am looking for that is a bit more expensive. Whatever, I'll buy it... he begins the process of rummaging through boxes, opening unopened boxes, explaining they've been "swamped lately" and all the while I'm looking through the vape juice selection. It seems pretty weak, and I start to tell him what I'm interested in. Something fruity? That sounds nice. He offers me something cinnamon flavored. Then a lady walks through the front door and asks if they have "coils" and he begins to help her. He walks into the back to look for her coils. She apologizes to me. I leave. A little farther up Harford Rd is another shop. At first glance it appears they have 100 different flavors. I tell the guy what I'm looking for and he explains that they don't really have anything like that, but tells me about a product his dad uses that would be perfect for me. I go out to my car and within 5 minutes have ordered the device online. Once I get it I'll be going back to this second store for any future needs.
