You won't be disappointed. The baristas are top notch and many of my coffee loving friends are on such good terms with them that there's always a brief chat as we walk past. That's a good way to judge a coffee place in Bondi, if the barista is always chatting to someone then you know their coffee is loved. Us Bondi folk tend to fall a little bit in love with whoever brews our beans. It's a great place to grab a latte and a muffin from and then stroll down to the beach and take it all in while you sip your warm goodness.

It was a very healthy salad (as I suppose salad should be), Chicken with greens, carrot and apple. I think it was the apple, which rubbed me up the wrong way. I have never been much of a fan of apple in salads (not so much into the Waldorf type salads), I love apples, but apple and chicken doesn't rally work for me. It was fresh and tasty otherwise though. Also the coffee at gusto is excellent, strong and flavoursome, that I would definitely go back for.

They are one of the first places in Sydney to bring in Clamato juice - which if you don't know is a key ingredient in the vodka-based drink called a Caesar. It is a bit pricey but worth it! The staff are also very helpful and let you try sample the cheeses before you buy. Highly recommended but bring your money. It is pricey but worth every cent.
