I called them at least a dozen times to come out and fix the problem. For four months they never came up with a viable solution. Finally, they agreed to fix their error and wanted me to pay for their screwup. I called Limone out of desperation. The estimator came out the same day. He assessed the issue and told me he could fix it. Their team was here within a week. They were able to reroute the entire zone and locate all the water valves that would be covered up for years. They did all this at a lower cost than my current irrigation service. The new water system is phenomenal. The office staff is very courteous, and their field team are incredible workers. However, this year they charged me $600 dollars to clean up my leaves (my trees are small), clean up 2 small flower beds and cut 11 grass plants. In years past they also cut back the scrubs, but not this year. When the work order came though I looked at the cost which was the same as the past but didn't look closely at the planned work. Bad mistake and costly. on my part! The money paid was not worth the work. Be careful with his company.

It turns out that a leaky toilet was the cause of a saturated leach field and a failure on the initial stress test. Although I didn't need Lamb Excavating to do any work this time, I look forward to working with them on any future projects.
